The Lion & Bull Poker league follows the WSOP rules of Texas Hold-em poker which are based on Roberts Rules of Poker. We always strive to maintain a fair and fun game.
Many rules have to do with etiquette, these etiquette rules are in place to make the game run smoothly, prevent cheating and to make the game fair and fun for everyone involved. Players at the table can call a rule on any other player at the table. This is allowed and a great way to learn. However, if you have a question please ask the tournament director and they can explain the reasoning behind the rule or if the rule is real.
Above all we want the game to be fun and fair. When a unique issue arises the tournament director will base their rulings on fairness even if the ruling may not be technically correct.
Scoring:
The last ten players left in a tournament are considered to be at the final table even if they are not physically at the same table. Points are given out to the final table players in reverse order. Tenth place will receive one point and ten points for first place. Points will be given out for each game played.
